PLU Campus Accommodations:
Lodging
We strongly encourage you to overnight on campus, which will be the center of activity. The two residence halls available to us are South Hall which has two bedrooms and a shared bathroom, and Tinglestad dorms which sleep two people in one room with a shared bathroom. We can match you with a suite mate, or you can indicate your preference on the registration form. Rooms will include linens, basic toiletries, and a towel service. Rooms are also available to arrive early and/or extend your stay at the same rate, upon request.
Rates
South Hall apartments $63.00 per night
Tinglestad dorms $44.00 per night
Meal cards are provided to PLU overnight guests. If you need to schedule a special check-in or check-out time, contact David Artis, deartis@comcast.net.
Meals
The on-campus cafeteria, The Commons, offers breakfast and lunch and is close to accommodations and the seminar facilities. Camp participants who do not stay on campus may purchase a cafeteria meal card. Meal Cards are provided to all participants who stay on campus. Each card is programmed to reset for each meal period with a set amount, $8.00 for breakfast and $11.00 for lunch.
Please Note: It is not possible to adjust meal costs per meal period. In other words, breakfast is preset for $8.00 -- if you purchase a $4.00 breakfast there will be no refund of the remaining $4.00 on the card. Meal cards may not be combined with any other form of payment.
The welcome reception and sayonara banquet locations will be announced on the final schedule. The final event schedule will detail the time and place of check-in and check-out. If you stay on campus, it is very important to check-out and return your access keys and cards to avoid a penalty.
Please respect the campus policies. Smoking and alcohol are not permitted anywhere on campus.
Parking
Those who need to park on campus can get a free parking pass and a map of appropriate lots at registration.
